Life of Tri'ing

This will (somewhat) chronicle the next, and so far best, chapter in my life! I've moved to Hockessin, DE with an amazing woman that I am happy to call my fiance, and soon my wife. I also have a great house, dog, and couldn't be happier!

New Training Log Site (less boring...)

I added a link to a training log on runnersworld.com - it's a good one. Run-centric, but it allows tracking of swims and rides. Hopefully that will make some of these posts a little less boring!
